Nikki Lerner builds multicultural leaders & empower them with the cultural competency tools to move from monocultural to healthy multicultural. With 20+ years of practical experience building multicultural organizations, leaders, and teams, Nikki is a Culture Coach, an artist, a teacher, speaker, and author, helping others engage with one another relationally and across culture lines. Her passion is to see people come to an understanding of one another through healthy dialogue aimed at learning, growing, and remaining human with one another through extraordinary multicultural leadership. Nikki gets you. Period. She understands the unique skills and competencies organizations and leaders need to lead effectively and powerfully in any culture, in any generation. She will equip you with the practical tools you need to build a diverse team or organization as well as inspire you with her message to remind you that you can do it! Nikki's clients span global humanitarian organizations, professional sports teams, small businesses, educational institutions, and Executive Coaching with presidents and CEO's of companies.
